Dip for Dog's is a pop-up charity ice bath challenge making its way around the
UK this summer. It's all about
bringing local communities together for a laugh, to challenge each other and
to do it all whilst raising money for animals in need around the world.

To maximise fundraising this is a week long event consisting of drop ins from Monday 24th to then main event on Sunday 30th July. Throughout the week we will continue to run our regular yoga and Pilates classes and it would be the perfect opportunity to try a class.
