There’s something for everyone, with sessions ranging from Sculpt to Pilates, from Barre to Bliss, Fire & Ice, Red Light Therapy or a compression sessions whatever your vibe, we’re your tribe! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you will never have experienced anything like R1SE before. 

After completing the form we'll be alerted to create you an account and add on your free session, we'll then Whatsapp you when your all set up.

Then we recommend downloading our App to book your first (and hopefully subsequent) classes.
