Frog Matcha are popping into Brook Place with free samples and matcha powders to take home. Drop in around your Saturday session, say hello, try something new and start the weekend properly.

How the morning works
Drop in for matcha. Book in for your session.
The Frog pop-up is free and open throughout the morning. No pop-up ticket is needed. If you want to join a R1SE class or recovery session, that place still needs to be booked.

Drop in any time from 9:00am to 11:30am for free samples, a hello, and matcha powders to buy and take home.
R1SE sessions
Classes and Fire & Ice run as normal and require an advance booking. Choose a session below to reserve it.
