A 45-minute breathwork journey blending ancient practice with modern science. Begin with mindful movements integrating controlled breathing, then move into a curated selection of breathwork practices, each underpinned by science. Improves oxygen, eases stress and sharpens focus. All levels.
PSYCH – Psychedelic Breathwork Experience
60-minute Psychedelic Breathwork Experience. Holotropic-style breathing, immersive music via silent-disco headsets, waves of intensified breathwork, emotional release and deep rest. Expect tingling, temperature shifts, visual patterns or clarity. Get high on your own supply, in safe, guided hands.
Breathe With Purpose
No experience necessary. Our facilitators guide you through every breath. Just show up and breathe.
