What to Expect
Our non-heated yoga sessions include a range of styles, from gentle yin and restorative practices to more dynamic vinyasa flows. All are held at a comfortable room temperature, making them an ideal starting point if you're new to yoga or prefer to practise without the added intensity of heat. Our experienced instructors guide you through every pose with modifications available for all levels.
