Course Dates
Weekend-based training at R1SE Studio, Sheffield. Each weekend runs Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Blended and virtual delivery options are also available , contact us for details.

Jen co-founded R1SE and has built one of the UK's most successful reformer Pilates programmes. She brings real-world studio knowledge, business insight, and a passion for excellence in teaching.
Amelia Fulford-Bell

Amelia leads the Pilates education programme at CreatePT, bringing deep expertise in both matwork and reformer disciplines. Her passion for high-quality teacher training ensures every graduate is confident and competent.

Who Is This For?
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification or equivalent fitness industry experience. If you're unsure, get in touch and we can advise.
A passion for Pilates and a desire to teach - whether you're changing career, adding to your PT offering, or building a studio-based teaching practice.
Commitment to attend all weekend training sessions and complete the online learning and coursework components.
For the Reformer course, you must hold a Level 3 Matwork Pilates qualification (or complete our Matwork course first).
