Common questions from Grainger residents.
Am I eligible?+
If you're a tenant or staff member at a Grainger property in the UK, yes. Brook Place is in a Grainger building, and the R1SE x Grainger partnership covers everyone in their portfolio. Check with your building manager if you're not sure — or email hello@r1se.co.uk.
Is R1SE TV really free?+
Yes. Grainger pay for your R1SE TV streaming subscription in full — no card details, no trial period, no hidden fees. Stream every class and every science video on your phone, laptop or smart TV, for as long as you're with Grainger.
Is the studio free too?+
No — the studio isn't free. Grainger residents get 10% off our credit packs and credit memberships at Brook Place (and our other locations). It's our way of saying thanks for being a Grainger resident — same studio, same classes, just discounted.
Which membership types does the 10% apply to?+
Credit packs (one-off bundles of class credits) and credit memberships (recurring monthly credit subscriptions).
Can my partner or flatmate use it too?+
Your household is welcome on R1SE TV.
Where do I watch R1SE TV?+
R1SE TV runs in any web browser at r1se.co.uk/watch, on the R1SE app, and casts to your smart TV via AirPlay or Chromecast.
What if I move out of a Grainger building?+
Your R1SE TV access and studio discount continue until the end of your tenancy. After that, your R1SE account is still yours — you'd simply switch to a standard R1SE TV subscription or studio membership if you'd like to continue.
Who do I contact if something's not working?+
Email hello@r1se.co.uk with your name, your Grainger building, and the issue. We'll usually reply within a working day.
